b. The Director visits every classroom and collects feedback about

teaching performance of teachers

11. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:

ü The expert committee of two Governing Body member visit Institute twice a month for taking overall review of smooth functioning of the institute and also to sort-out issues grievances if any. The said committee collects relevant information from Head of the Institute (Director), Faculties, Staff and Students to decide further plan of action.

ü The Director of the Institute interacts with Faculty Members, Staff and Students on regular basis to understand and solve their problem if any. Director visits every classroom and collects feedback from Students about Teaching Performance of Teachers.

ü Faculty Members also take self appraisal feedback from students for self improvement.
